Service Description

We evaluate the overall performance of your computer or device to identify common issues that cause slowness, freezing, or poor responsiveness. We review system settings, storage usage, running programs, and basic health indicators to determine what may be impacting performance. HOW IT WORKS We schedule an appointment and connect remotely to your computer at the time of your appointment so we can review performance-related settings, observe system behavior, and make recommendations or adjustments as appropriate. REQUIREMENTS • Windows or Mac computer (laptop or desktop) • Internet connection • Ability to join a remote support session OUTCOMES • Clear understanding of what is affecting your device’s performance • Improved speed and responsiveness where possible • Recommendations for upgrades, cleanup, or next steps if needed • Reduced frustration and more reliable day-to-day use
